Returns

+We do not except any type of returns with custom embroidery.

+For all other orders, we do not except any returns, only exchanges. 

+Exchanges will be allowed only within 14 days of delivery.

+All tags must be attached, not removed.

 

+How long do you take to ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days of the order being placed.

 

+ I received the wrong item/damaged item what do I do?

If this happens please email us at  thegoldstarcompany@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to get your order sorted out and get the correct item(s) to you.

 

+How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive a final confirmation email that will have your tracking number. When you click on the tracking number you will be able to track your order.

 +I don't like my embroidery, what should I do?

We want to ensure pure satisfaction with our custom embroidery. Please reach out to us at thegoldstarcompany@gmail.com so we can hear more about your item, and look into solution to your satisfaction.

+How do I wash my bandana? 

We recommend hand washing paired with air drying.
